Description
Spoke with a rep by the name of Emily Quintana. Set me up for internet service and advised that there would be discounts associated with monthly service. First bill received from AT&T and stated they have no record of discounts. Contacted Ms. Quintana and haven’t heard from her since. I disconnected my service due to false advertising and incorrect information from the rep. Rep phone number is 813-696-9932.
