The website https://hydrohbottle.com advertises hydroh bottles. I purchased three bottles on their website, paid $150. They sent me a tracking number for the bottles to arrive from China. When the bottles didn't arrive as promised, and the tracking number showed that they weren't even shipped yet, I inquired the company about the bottles. They replied that they had an unusually many orders and couldn't fulfill them all as soon as they hoped for. And asked me to wait for another month. When the bottles didn't arrive after one month, I asked them to provide me the exact date when they plan on shipping the bottles, or to return my money. They said they can't cancel the order, and I have to wait for the bottles. Few weeks later I submitted a dispute through my bank to return the money. I think that in order for the disputed money to be returned, the seller has to agree to return the money. So, I never got the money back, and never got the bottles. I paid for the bottles in January 2024. I since sent emails to the company, and they never replied. Just spammed me with their advertisement.
