This is the information given to me by my customer. I work for AAA Travel and she is my customer. She called whom she thought was Princess Cruises and got Kathleen Stone on the telephone who told her that she still owed money for embarkment fees and said the reservation will cancel if she did not pay them. She said she will call her travel agent (me) and Kathleen scared her to the point that my customer gave her the credit card number because she didn't want to risk a cancellation of a trip that she looked so forward to. I am answering the questions based on myself being a travel agent and do not want anyone else to make this mistake. Always call your travel agent to reconfirm your concerns.
