I was deceptively linked to this site while trying to schedule an appointment with the USPS to sign my DS-11 and get a photo taken. I incorrectly assumed they were some internal department of the USPS (my bad - I had never had a passport before, so I was ignorant of the process). I paid them $199 for what I thought were passport fees. When an agent called me back and informed me that they were not part of the USPS, but an "expediter", I immediately cancelled the order - explaining to the woman that I had mistaken them for the USPS and requested a refund. At first I thought they were going to refund the money based on how the call ended, but a follow-up email informed me "the cancellation request for your passport application order was not approved". They provided no services for me whatsoever! I scheduled an appointment with the USPS and they handled my passport application and photo. Despite my requests, US Priority Records refused to refund my money. Do not give this company your money, you will not get it back.
