Mark Engager is supposed to be a marketing company but they did NOT deliver what they promised. I started with them in November 2023. They designed a marketing plan for social media but then advised about a month later that I make videos to market like an influencer then basically strung me along. I did NOT get any kind of business for my Clinic in South Barrington, IL USA. I had another company investigate and they told me that Mark Engager put Fake Bots on the created Instagram, TikTok and YouTube accounts they had created for me. I asked Mark Engager if they were fake bots and they reassured me about 3 or 4 different occasions that I had asked - that the accounts were real and real people. The website they created for me is NOT fully functional - my patients can't even make an appt on the website. They cut and paste things from elsewhere onto the website and the things I had asked to fix they NEVER did. Currently, I am making another website with another company. I am not able to use the Insta and Tiktok because they are fake. Moreover, I waited about 3- 4 months and recently discovered the YouTube account that they made for me has VANISHED. They told me I have to wait a few weeks for google to "approve". I was not able to sign on anything after I told them I am stopping services. Anyway the YouTube is gone. And Now I am essentially starting over. I certainly waited a long time and tried to be understanding but this is UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE. DO NOT LIE to your customers. Moreover no one answers the phone listed because its probably fake. And there is no office in Elgin, IL USA, I checked. I do not live in Canada so I don't know about the address there. And few months ago their website disappeared and then reappeared. They are nice and speak professionally, but it's ALL PART OF THEIR FAKE PROMISES. I want other businesses to know that Mark Engager talks a big game but DOES NOT deliver what they promise. Their main objective is just get your money and NOT deliver. They lied and cheated, and wasted my time that I could have had with my kids ( instead of filming videos that they essentially deleted later Youtube etc).
