This company was listed as a legitimate tool that was necessary in order to apply for a personal loan for a reputable company bank. You had to put in what card you wanted to receive your loan on and that is the card that this company ends up charging you from they charge you 38.90a month and regardless of how many times you tried to cancel online through their online cancel policy nothing gets canceled and you still keep getting charged. I finally found a phone number for them and they were not helpful at all. I was offered a $25 dining certificate, instead of a refund and in order to obtain a refund. I am supposed to click links and now more emails that they’re sending me which I am very leery to do since all it took was one click and you know I think it’s a bank that they’re affiliated with her on the website probably should look into it as well but yeah your score is nothing but a scam. I told me I had an account I had no idea I had an account with a password, even not one that I had made and they refused to give me a refund thank God it Bill through Venmo and Venmo will probably take care of it for me, but I mean Venmo and these other companies I’m assuming are taking a lot of losses and hits because of scams like this and generally I know you can’t find phone numbers but they do have a phone number their hours are 4 AM to 8 PM so you need to be up at 4 AM to call them and I found customer service absolutely ridiculous and that I couldn’t get a refund after trying to cancel several times they told me that I did not try to cancel several times so all I can say is I urge people to look out for this company, save everything take screenshots of anything you send trying to cancel because I mean, are you gonna waste hours and hours of time that you know nobody really has to waste and I’m so sick of the scams these days it’s out of control and this company is definitely a scam. I’ve never gotten my credit checked by them. I looked on credit Karma and I don’t have any hard inquiries of this company so even their service that they say they provide is not really provided so , and I still am sitting here with no refund and I am very unhappy about it and I am. I’m just sick of it and people need to look out for this your scoring more no go with reputable companies experience credit karma whatever is a scam and you will never get your money back and credit is free and you actually get the right information. This company gives you an account. They have your information now and it’s it’s it’s no it is bad.
