OnI ordered clothes from visuddy off of facebook. They claimed to be in South Carolina warehouse there to make shipment faster advertise 7-10 days thought great i needed for vacation. 2 weeks later no package no response from company emailed never answered 3 days later said they were holding order because of a shirt . I said just ship the other part and refund the shirt. They charged by card on the the day I ordered June 7. I have never had a company charge the card till product was shipped. SO still no order a week later and they said that it shipped . The tracking they provided for UPS says it is still awaiting package. They stalled me for 3 more days and said they didnt get the updated information which was a lie. I tried this for the next couple days. I went to my bank on 6-25-24 to cancel card and file a dispute with my visa card. They cancelled the card and looking into the dispute. After all this I started reading reviews of people also with the same scenario . DIdn't get order, trying to negotiate what they take back VS what you really paid for. They told me to just decline the order when it comes( they actually think I think that) and they will refund my order except 18 for shipping which I didnt even pay shipping they advertise that on their website free shipping and free returns which is false. SO many people have been taken advantage after further reading the stories of the deception of this company. This needs investigated. Thank goodness I didnt order a lot but had my card which is now cancelled. THank you for your time
