received many calls from same person from 754 812-5925 & 352-436-4151 & 331 236-4146 & 352 436-4151 & 726 239-3522 & initial call 561 247-9577 He offer me a free glucose monitor patch and I gave him my Medicare card number and he call me 2 days later to arrange for delivery of the monitor and call me 16 times from those phone number above and I did not answer my phone
