I found the website "ELAGIA" through Pinterest, looking for a very formal and nice suit for my baby baptism. Clothes are between $150 a $200, so I thought it was high quality. They have an app available in apple store + their website + Instagram and Facebook so it seems a very strong company. In Instagram they have that there are based on Denver, Colorado so I placed an order thinking there was an American company, with good quality. I paid $200 for product + shipping. I received the product, is super cheap, poor quality coming from China, I would not pay even $20 for the piece of cloth that I received. They are only offering store credit; they do not refund money to the original payment. I don't want to order anything else from their website. I paid extra $10 to send the product back to them. They are not answering phone calls, please help me reporting this, I dont want nobody else to lose their money, they should not be able to be in the American Market. US shall block their website. ELGIA is misleading advertising with the photos used. Poor quality and super thin fabric.
