Description

Purchased a bottle of Bourbon online through the website Youbooze.com. They reported it would be delivered in 3-5 business days. They offered tracking of the item via the app 'Shop" after purchasing the product, but after downloading the app, I got no information other than 'order placed'. Their confirmation email said 'You'll receive an email when your order is ready'. I have not received any email. The order was placed June 7, 2023. It has been 12 days, or 8 business days, and no emails from them. I contacted them via email 2 days ago (no phone number is listed on website) and have not received a response. I have contacted my credit card company as well.
