Dresses were marketed as buy over $75 and get free shipping. They arrived, but are not good quality and will not work for the wedding. After much searching, I found the email address to ask for the return process. The company reported they would give me $14 for the dresses. I declined and asked for a full refund minus the shipping cost. Our emails have gone back and forth. They have now offered $35 and said the company is in Dubai. I understand $75 is not a lot of money, but the principle of the scam gets me. I will contact American Express.
