I ordered a treadmill that showed being on sale from what I thought was from Cosco Wholesale. Paid with my debit card. I contacted them online and found that their website was not Cosco but Artistwhile.com. They informed me that my purchase was in process and gave me a tracking number. I kept a close eye on the tracking, and it showed exactly what day and where my purchase was from China to my residence. Except it was never delivered to my residence. I sent an email to them letting them know I never received my item, and the email was returned to me undeliverable. I looked up my order on my computer and it showed I had not made any orders, yet when I checked on my phone, it showed my order and tracking number. My next step was to phone their customer service but when I tried their website to get the phone number, it said Access to artistwhile.com was denied. You don't have the user rights to view this page.
