Description

After seeing everyone else's experiences with this company, my experience is similar, but never got to the point to deposit a check all the way through. I applied for this company on Indeed on May 28th. 2 weeks later, I get an email from the company that they had selected me and contact Kimberly Harrison on an app called Signal. Once I downloaded the app, it looks very quite similar to WhatsApp. I contacted Mrs. Harrison on the app to let her know who I was and Mrs. Harrison sent me a questionnaire to fill out. 25-30 questions, I can not remember due to the "excitement" but I do recall that Mrs. Harrison told me I had 30 mins to fill it out. After I was done with the questionnaire, Mrs. Harrison took a look at it and this was to accept or deny me. Maybe one hour or one hour and a half, Mrs. Harrison contacts me on the Signal app to congratulate me because I got the job and be on the lookout for an offer letter. This is where I have been seeing everyone saying about the offer letter, filling out a W-4 form. It seems so legit. Talking with Mrs. Harrison I do recall that she did ask me was I familiar with mobile deposits, and of course I am. 30-45 mins later I get an email with a check. I knew I could've sworn when I seen on Indeed $300. Not fully looking at the check I print it out and opened up my bank app to take pictures. When I was about to type in the amount, that is when I actually seen the amount of $3,850.20. My mind was completely blown away, and I was thinking that this is for me to get my equipment. I was having trouble depsoiting the check, so I contacted Mrs. Harrison, and she told me to send a screen shot and I did. I was suppose to cut around the edges so it can fit in the frame of the camera. As I hit submit, the check couldnt deposit. Because Mrs. Harrison is still waiting on me to confirm that it has. So I let her know, and sent another screen shot. She contacts me saying your confirmation has been recieved. Please confirm the funds when available so I can pair you up with an agent and to proceed with procurement of equipment and training schedule. That's when it hit me because the last screenshot I sent her, it showed "business day exceeded" which means my bank was close and I would have to wait until the next day. I even told Mrs. Harrison, and she replied back kindly confirm deposit amount. I told her I did, but my bank is close, and I will deposit it in the morning. But never did.
