Wanted to cancel the reservation all together, but the scammer gave me the running around and at finally convince me to change the flight. He forwarded information for me to review at least 4 times the same information and kept telling me there was a glitch in the system, it did not go through, and I will need to acknowledge the credit card agreement again. These were the multiple payments collected. Fortunately, the credit card company suspected fraud and alerted me. In the meantime, the scammer called late during the night attempting to get my attention. I had placed my phone on silence.
