I saw an ad for colored window tints for vehicles on Instagram. I went on the website on google that was listed (lazeway.com) and found their chameleon green Removable tint. I placed an order for front and back windows for a 14 charger. 171.00 was the total. The website specifically says “ Proud American family owned”. I noticed that after a week of the order being placed, I finally got a email stating that the order has been shipped. I found it odd that it was shipping out of China when the website specifically says American. Fast-forward 30 days later, I finally got my order so I thought. I opened the package. It was severely damaged and the 90% of the tint that was in the plastic was all cut up like scraps. I immediately took pictures and contacted lazeway by their support email to inform them that I had received the wrong order. It took About a week And no reply. So I emailed Them again and two days later I finally get a reply from them stating that “Customer satisfaction is important and we want to work with you too, make this right” As well as a bunch of other stuff trying to appease me. I sent them my pictures of what I received versus what I had ordered as well as confirmation emails and proof of purchase. I requested either a refund or the product that I had ordered originally. I have not heard a word from them since. And it is going on almost 30 days. After doing further investigation on the website, it appears that multiple people have had this happen to them as well by lazeway.com or not ever received anything they ordered. It is unfortunate that I did not do my research on the company before I ordered, but hopefully in my efforts To bring this situation to light, it will prevent others from making the same mistake I did, and not order from this terrible company/scam.
