I purchased a yorkie puppy the seller received the payment for the purchase price of $500 and shipping cost of $199 for a total of $749. Seller claims to have delivered the puppy to the airport and sent me the tracking information. 15 minutes before departure time I received an email and a phone call stating an additional $950 was required to deliver the puppy of which I refused to pay because I already paid the shipping cost to the seller. So presently I'm out $749.
