I found an ad on facebook about a kids electric motorcycle as i had been searching google for similar products for my sons birthday, when i came across the add on facebook it looked legit as it had realistic reviews good quality pictures, i decided to purchase the product along with express shipping as my sons birthday was quickly approaching, i was almost immediately sent an email confirming my order and order number but when i checked my bank statement the charge came from a different name( AFOOTSHOES 397.18_V) after a few days of no contact i contacted customer service to which i was given a tracking number, over the next 13 days it said the package was in transit and finally arrived april 22 to which nothing showed up, i again contacted customer service and they told me it was delivered to my local post office yet when i asked which one there are plenty here they proceeded to tell me i didn recieve the product, i have cameras i did not recieve the product, they offered to 10 then 15 percent refund stating theyve now lost money due to the shipping costs, still have not recieved any compensation 12 hours later
