His name Kevin Lyles a debt collector for a medical debt saying i owed 2 balances from a Northeast Baptist Hospital and i had 72 hours to submit payment, because i would receive a letter in the mail to go to court. He mentioned that they had been sending me billing statements for the past years to an older address. I asked what type of payment options i had, which he wasnt mentioning...then he said i could pay 35cents of a dollar for every dollar i owed and i had the option to pay with card or to add a card of credit line to pay. At the beginning of the call he did know my name and date of birth. When he said the debt was from 10 years ago, it sounded a little strange. He also, said the debt was on hold because of the Pandemic. I told him i would call the hospital and find out what services were rendered to me on that date. I spent hours talking to several office departments for the Northeast Hospital, in which they found No Accounts under my name for that date. They told me it was prob a fraudulent, scam call and to rest assure, because there was no pending debt with them.
