The scammer demanded me to pay an additional $15,970, including a thermal electronic crate, pet travel insurance, city permit, vaccines, certificates, and quarantine fees in addition to the pet ($500) and the transportation fees ($250), for a total of $16,720 via Zelle and Wire Transfer. The transportation company is called Interstate Pet Transportation. Below are their information.
