Never purchased from online francesca but i have been in store a few times and love the clothes offered. I was on Instagram and clicked an ad for francesca sale. Not realizing it wasnt the real site. I placed an order, got email confirmation (it looked odd, no images or real order numbers). I check the next day and have an email saying my package was on its way from china. I have my card locked and im requesting new one. Only way to get ahold of the scam website workers os through email, hoping they refund me and just be dont with this.
