I called rental place to get a car .the agent said to go and get go2 bank card and put 500 on one card and 299 on another card.i put 300 on one card and 500 on the other one .the agent called be back and told me that it must be the correct amount of 299 .i went and got another card with 299 on it.the agent stated that my car will be delivered in 45 minutes from ferndale on april 4.car was never delivered when i called the agent . When i spoke with agent this morning he says theres no agent there with the ext369.and hung up on me .when i called backthe line was busy .when i called from another number he picked up .when he realized it was me he said i didn't have a reservation with them.Also he gave me a reservation number 45747478us0
