I made a hotel reservation using Algotel's web site. I paid the booking charge via credit card and received a booking confirmation via email. My travel plans changes so I tried to cancel the booking via the hotel directly - they have no record of the booking. I then tried to cancel the booking via Algotel's web site, within their written cancellation deadline, but every time the web site reported an error. I then called Algotel to cancel the reservation, but their automated system puts me on hold and then hangs up after 20 seconds. I tried every menu option available, but every time it hangs up after 20 seconds.
