Hello - Anese is a skin care company that is knowingly taking orders that they have no intention of fulfilling. I purchased an item on February 19th and then was auto charged for an item in mid-March as well. Neither of those items have been fulfilled. When I reached out multiple times with no response, I went to their social media for information. I did finally get a response and was told that there was a storm that impacted their warehouse and that "shipments should begin going out by 3.18." After receiving that email, I received a notification that a label had been GENERATED but that the carrier was still awaiting the product to pick-up and be delivered. They knowingly sent an email thinking that I was not savvy enough to know that creating a label does not mean they're sending product. They continue to have my money - 8 weeks later - with NO plan to fulfill. When I continue to inquire, they ignore and say they're working diligently. Meanwhile, the company - knowing they are 8 weeks behind on orders and seeing the MYRIAD of complaints on their social media - CONTINUES to accept money and push sales and transactions knowing full well they can't fulfill orders. One this morning was for 20% for their "8th anniversary" - they are taking the money from customers and using it to fix their facility with NO plans to fulfill. Additionally, they offer no refunds - even thought the product isn't sent and they don't have it - and they provide no tangible update on when something should be received. They are committing fraud - this is a scam and Anese should be punished to the full extent of the law. Buyers beware!
