Clicked on social media post for seemingly the company Cupshe. Directed me to a website that appeared similar to Cupshe’s website at deeply discounted prices so I placed an order with my credit card. I immediately noticed the order page looked different and when I looked at the web address it was nominisive and not cupshe. I never received an order confirmation email or tracking number. I emailed their “service” email to attempt to cancel the order. They gave me the run around and said that they would rather give me a 50% refund and still keep order but refund would take weeks to months. When I asked for shipping details they said that processing is delayed and my subsequent email requests have gone unanswered.
