Description
I met this individual at the Dulles Expo Center- Home and Gardening Show on February 25, 2024. He came into my home, gave me a reasonable quote for my attic, gave him a deposit. Two days later, we had a family emergency, so I cancelled the job and requested my deposit. He keeps delaying to send back the deposit. He says he will do it at the end of the day, but never done. He only declares electronic deposits like: Venmo, CashApp, ApplePay. And he fails to provide a receipt.
