Description
I ordered flowers from them online to be delivered for my wife's birthday. I paid extra to have them delivered by 1:00 p.m. Mountain time. They were never delivered, and their email service is an AI that gives generic answers. After spending 30 minutes on the phone, I have not received any communication from them that I will receive a refund.
