Description
Received letter to auto-refinance to lower down monthly payment. Upon giving all information, Name, Address, last 4 digits of SSN. They ran and hit my Credit Enquiry Report, they mentioned on BBB they’re Accredited Business “A+”. Now i can’t locate them on BBB site. I can share letter picture if required. All false information on letter.
