Description

I contacted Spectrum for my father, Thomas Sottile on 03/06/24. The representative I spoke with who said his name was Jason said my father had an old account and that he would be able to save him money by upgrading his account. My father had to provide his SSN and bank debit card in the process to get the order to go through. My father was later contacted by the Spectrum fraud department alerting him that he had been scammed. He has received a new debt card from his bank. Please let me know if you need any additional information. Thank You, Suzanne Sottile 8453992795
