My mother, who is in a nursing home with Alzheimer's, received mail at my home telling her that her home warranty is out of date. The company listed is Home Warranty Division. There is no return address, just a phone number. The mail has no return address and it request immediate response. the postage use mailed from 63155 Permit 5497 in the corner where a stamp should be. My mother has never lived at the house address listed but we changed her mail at the post office to my address back in August of 2023. Attached is a fee voucher for 199.00 that requires a signature for redemption. The check has the same record ID number. This paperwork has a record id: which is obviously fake but to an older person or person with limited capacity it could look real.
