I received a bill from City of Westminster Fire Department, P. O. Box 269110, Sacramento, CA 95826-9110 stating I had a outstanding ambulance billl for 1,051.00 for pick-up in Colorado at 10520 W 106th Place, Westminster, Colorado, and dropoff at Good Samaritan Medical Center (8 miles away) on 11/28/23. On that date I was at my home in Alabama. Been a while since I've been to Colorado :). The "bill' used my legal name as well as a correct mailing address. I called the hospital to see if they had an ER patient that day with my name. They did not. They were able to provide that information since I was not asking for medical records. P.S. The webiste came up on the BBB site as an invalid address.
