Description

I ordered from CUPSHE a total total of $229 with shipping. I am returning most of the order and the company is giving me only half of my money back. When I messaged them requesting a full refund for the items that I paid for (less shipping), they presented information on the screen that showed a discounted prices for the items that I am returning. However, I presented my invoice and showed them that I did not pay those discounted prices. they gaslighted me and said that I did even though I was looking at the invoice. AND…. More concerning, understand that many of our clothing that we order online through places like Amazon or anywhere else or manufactured in China. The box label states “CHINAS PEOPLE REPUBLIC.” The US is very aware of unfair business practices of the PRC. my recommendation is that the US not allow this company to do business here. I did not know that it is affiliated with the communist party or I would have not have ordered from them to begin with. But the fact that they are only giving me half of my money back is a clear indication that this company is affiliated with the PRC.
