Description

The scammer offers selling atmospheric water generators. I ordered the machine on their website on October 24, 2023. The delivery was estimated between December 15 and 20. By that date I did not receive the product nor any communication from the company. I emailed them on Dec 29 to let me know what is going on. I received respond on Jan 2 that they are experiencing issues with shipping system and it should be resolved by end of Jan. Again nothing happened by then, so I emailed again on Feb 1. This time I was told that it is due to high demand and it should be sent by the end of Feb. Today is March 4 and the product still did not arrive. I asked for a refund but the company does not respond to emails and phone numbers given are not even connected.
