Description

Bought a 3-day package for a Colorado resort hotel. Called to check for available dates; found all dates were unavailable. Called the hotel directly and they said they were completely open on most of the dates in question. Through some digging found out Booksi no longer had ANY ties to the hotel. Requested a refund. At which point they tried to sell me stays in other states. After hours on the phone with customer support, promised a refund. Have followed up 6-7 times; never received any refund. SCAM!!!!
