I purchased 2 Stanley mugs from what looked like Bed, Bath and Beyond through Brad's Deals. I have used Brad's Deals before, never a problem. The items were said to be delivered. Then when I reached out via email- the only contact I had, I would receive long emails explaining why it late, why my refund is delayed, over and over and over. In the end I was just replying to them to see what excuse they would have next. I did not expect my items or a refund. Wanted to report it somewhere.
