I responded to an add on TikTok for a pair of jeans- Judy Blue. The advertisement was for “first pair $13”. I placed my order on 12/30/23 and never received the package. However, the tracking site says that it was delivered 2/5/2024. Customer service is claiming that the package was delivered and signed for. Then they claim that I might have given them the wrong address. They then confirmed that they had the correct address. Then, after I reported that I was going to file a claim, offered me a 60% discount which I declined stating that I deserve 100%. The company listed on my credit card receipt is payfly*poptimea I disputed the charge with my credit card.
