Chic-Curve is definitely a scam and needs to be investigated and documented as a scam business with IC3.Org (which I’ve filed and consulted with additional online vendor reporting agencies). After 6 unsuccessful attempts to get tracking details and order updates on a chic-curve bra I ordered on 1/13/24, and according to their website details claiming 5 day processing and 7-12 order delivery; I have emailed 6 times requesting escalation to resolve this order and since the 5th email requesting a full refund for the continued delays of my order. WHAT I RECEIVE is multiple CS representatives with various names ending in numbers (Nancy 202; Nancy206; Esther0208; Nancy203) I receive no resolution, refund or requested escalation.
