I started the application process for disability through Premier Disability. I gave them all of my personal information; SSI address phone number personal health information mothers maiden name fathers name. They had me sign documents they sent to my email address. The representative said he was going to transfer me to complete the application, I was placed on hold for a very long time and the call disconnected. I attempted to call back numerous times and the call would automatically disconnect on me. THey have attempted to call me back several times a day, and when I answer it's silent, and the call again disconnect from their side.
