I saw ads for pretty Kate Spade bags. SIte looked like Kate Spade Outlets site and was advertised as such. When I went to order it sent me to a page to pay that didn't look like what I would expect for Kate Spade outlet. Product didn't arrive after a month of waiting and these were Christmas gifts ordered at the end of November. I sent numerous requests to track and was told to be patient. Bags arrived at the end of December and they are counterfeit bags. Quality is poor and they were packaged terribly. I've emailed numerous times and "Tiffany Torres" at [email protected] keeps emailing me to keep bags. She just sent me an address in China to return to. I have to pay the shipping and won't get refund until they receive. This is a scam.
