Offer a reservation to a meteor cruise, with dates to choose from and to bring money to pay the other half when on the boat. Then cancels the day of the meteor shower cruise via email ( to cloudy, moons to bright, not enough staff etc.) and says to go on the website to pick a future cruise. Doesn’t offer refund. Then stops replying once you ask for money back
