HomeFi led me to believe they were an actual home internet company for rural areas they did send you a device that doesn't work. After hundreds of attempts from me to contact them they will not respond and continue taking my money. I was finally able to return the device on Dec 22, 2023 it was received. I had then cancel my debit card and file fraudulent claim on my back account. I have lost $730.57 total with this company.
