Description
I ordered a hoodie on Nov 23, 2023 for $40 and was charged $8.99 for shipping. Its exactly one month and i have not received my hoodie or have a updated shipment track. I contacted them a few time for a refund and they said they will charge me an additional 15% for canceling. They refuse to refund and threatened to recharge my account if I continue to cancel order. They have all my personal information and bank information.
