Bought a 4 pack genuine RPWFE GE refrigerator water filter from kintzplastics.com expecting to receive genuine GE water filters. The water filters don't work because they are counterfeit and don't have the GE RFID chip required to make them work. I tried to call the phone number listed on the website and got a recording saying that this number was no longer in service. I then did an online search and saw information indicating that many people have been scammed by purchasing various products from various websites with the same return address of ***** ***** 5XX J Ave, NY, NY. I have filed a report with the New York Attorney General as well as BBB.
