While we were able to obtain a W9 for the vendor, conversations with this company are sketchy at best. During the first phone call, we were told this invoice was for a joint operations with Audi, but could not provide an Audi contact. On the second call, Brad was told they send the invoices out to see who will send payment. If they receive payment, the return the payment and reach out to the company to advise on better payables processes.
