They advertise jobs on Dice. Once you apply they send you an email and text message asking you to give them your confidential Information. This is before you do the interview or before their job offer. I applied to one of their posts and three people called me requesting me to give them my confidential information. They told me they are recruiting for Deloitte. Deloitte has put a notification on their website saying they do not ask people to give confidential information on email or text.
