Description

Signed up for hotel reservation that was related to specific hotel website. Paid 376.61 for three nights November 16-19 through a website called Hotel Value which is also called CCI Reservations. Went to hotel and the guest clerk said no amount was paid. She said I owed 249.00. I said I already paid gave the confirmation number. She said it had not been paid. For some reason the reservation was in their system. I called CCI Hotel Reservations they called Extended Stay on 44th ST Oak in Phoenix Arizona. They talked for a few minutes and CCI called me back and said they would take care of it. The hotel clerk talked to them over several minutes. I went back up there and they said I still owed 249.00 I called CCI Reservations back and the automated system said my confirmation number wasnt recognized and neither was my phone number. Seemed suspicious that suddenly neither one was valid after just talking to them. Seemed suspicious that Extended Stay Hotel 44th St Oak in Phoenix talked to them and CCI said I paid but then the hotel wouldn't accept it.
