Description
The scammer sold me goods on FB marketplace, the goods were to be shipped but the sale was not legitimate. I paid 143$ up front then she demanded 100$ "refundable" fee for shipping insurance. I did not pay the fee, and after looking into it discovered reports of other people being scammed by the same seller. Her FB alias was "Julie Ann Moyer"
