Made a purchase on October 6th. Purchased 36 custom sweatshirts and hoodies for teachers. On October 15th, received an email saying my order had shipped. It was shipping YunExpress. First half of order arrived on October 27th. Second part of order arrived on October 29th. 2 items were damaged, 2 items were incorrect. I immediately contacted the company through their email (only means of communication). I sent an email with explicit details on all of the problems with the order and also included pictures.. Received a response from a Cecilia Keller on October 30th saying she would look into it. Asked for pictures. I sent more pictures and never heard back. I have sent multiple more emails to the company with no response. I have reached out on Instagram and Facebook with no response. I filed a claim with my credit card company. When looking up the information on the company none of the names, numbers, or addresses zip codes match-up to any information provided.
