I bought a infant car seat from a website that claims that they are doing a bankruptcy liquidation sale fro Buy Buy Baby. A Car seat that is normally valued at $200 were being sold at $35. So I bought two in two different purchases. My credit card was charged and they sent me order confirmation and shipping tracking subsequently. When I track the order, it gave me Chinese post tracking number and it looked like they were getting to my address as the days go by. On the day it was supposed to be delivered, it showed a wrong city that’s even in a different state and said “out for delivery”. But I never received it. This happened for both orders. When I closely inspected the tracking for both orders, they had identical times or each transit stops except for dates. So I suspected something was up. When I contacted the customer support via email, the person named “Amy” responded claiming that the order was delivered based on the tracking and I should check with local post office instead. Also their tracking info is mostly in Chinese and can’t make sense of it.
