In September on the 18th, I encountered on Instagram "Gordan Ramsey Free Hexclad Cookware" giveaway. Paid $7.95 to enter giveaway. A week later a charge of $68.89 was found on my account and immediately called number provided on transaction. Spoke to a female with an Indian accent and explained that I had no knowledge of subscription service and was informed that the service would be cancelled and would no longer be charged. Today I found another charge in the same amount of $68.89 and again called the number listed on the transaction. Spoke to possibly the same female with Indian accent and gave first and last name, but was also requested debit card number. I had explained that they should already have that information if they're charging my account, but female still insisted. Explained that I would call my bank and request a chargeback and female on the other end said thank you for calling and ended phone call.
