Psychic _kat_ does tarot reading and love candles on tiktok live and then she turns off my candle saying i have to pay 500 dollars more and she said she had to turn off my candle to manifest . She kept saying i had to pay more money she would refund my money which she didnt . We were texting and psychic_kat or Penny Wallace was being rude attacking me calling me Names
